Dr Lazizi was professional, caring and showed a great deal of compassion. I asked lots of questions about my head injury (split head open on some loft ladders) and he answered my questions confidently and gave me reassurance. My treatment was dealt with quickly and aftercare advice was given. 5* care given in a very unfortunate accident. Thank you Natalie

We saw this doctor with concerns about my 2-year old son. He listened to me and examined my son really thoroughly and carefully and was lovely and friendly with both my son and me. This doctor communicated at all times what he was testing for and why and what his thoughts were. He told me of his plans for care and was very careful to check that I understood his reasoning and what would be happening. It was particularly great how the doctor made sure that I was happy with how he was addressing my concerns. He made me feel that my thoughts and insight into my son were valued and were taken into consideration. Overall, I thought this doctor did a great job with us and we left feeling reassured and with clear guidance on what to do next.
